BS Bingo ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights in relation to it.
When you create an account, we collect your email address, username, and a hashed password. If you play as a guest, we create a temporary session with no personal information required.
During gameplay, we collect game activity data including squares marked, game codes, and in-game chat messages. We also collect standard server logs including IP addresses and device type for security and debugging purposes.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the following service providers who help us operate the app: our cloud hosting provider, RevenueCat (subscription management), and our advertising provider (free-tier users only). All providers are bound by data processing agreements.
Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the address below. Game history and chat messages may be retained for up to 90 days for debugging purposes before being deleted.
BS Bingo is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at the support address below.
We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and rate limiting on authentication endpoints. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, by in-app notification.

Yes. Free accounts get one custom word list. Premium subscribers get unlimited lists. Go to Word Lists in the app to get started.
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone to manage or cancel.
